Refund policy
The following criteria needs to be met for returns and exchanges:
- You must return / exchange it within 30 days of purchase date
- All returned / exchanged items must be new, unworn, and unwashed. You may try on the products at home to make sure the fit is right but can’t have worn it for activity.
- All tags and packaging must be in an undamaged, resalable state. If you have removed the tags or no longer have the box unfortunately, we will not be unable to accept the return / exchange.
- You pay for return shipping. Unless the product is faulty all postage costs will be at your expense.
- If you feel the product is faulty, please contact us to discuss further.
joint supports reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange products that are used, washed, damaged or not in their original packaging.
The above exchange policy is in addition to and does not affect the statutory rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to request a return
If your return matches the above criteria, you can contact us at info@jointsupports.com.au to start a return incl. the following information (within 30 days of your purchase date):
- The name used on the order
- Your order number
- A contact phone number
- The reason for your return or exchange
- Photos where applicable
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once contacted, we will provide more detailed information for the return process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
